Our website is now cycling up for the spring and summer;
our first new feature is our list of generous donations made via the site.

patrolling the coast at Felixstowe, Suffolk, every summer weekend
and bank holiday
responding to emergency calls from Coastguard authorities
dealing with incidents as they arise and occur
assisting the public with first aid and on the spot help

Felixstowe Volunteer Coast Patrol Rescue Service is on duty every summer weekend, patrolling regularly, providing a confident, competent and immediate response to all kinds of safety issues.

All of the crews, sea and shore based, provide their time freely for both
operational and training sessions. Some of the services our boat,
Volunteer, requires are provided at special rates by kind suppliers,and the
service costs a surprisingly small daily amount to run - but that amount
builds up over an operational year

In 2008, our funding need is for at least £16,000
